Richard Maimon received his Bachelor's degree from Columbia University, magna cum
laude, and his Master of Architecture from Princeton University. He has been with the firm
since 1987, became an Associate in 1999, Senior Associate in 2007, and was recently made Principal of the firm. He is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a LEED accredited professional. Richard received a Princeton University Fellowship from 1985 to 1989 and the Phi Beta Kappa Award from Columbia University in 1985.
He has been the Associate-in-Charge on major projects including KieranTimberlake Associates' 420N Studio, F. Otto Haas Stage at the Arden Theatre Company, Atwater Commons at Middlebury College, Melvin J. and Claire Levine Hall at the University of Pennsylvania and the new residential and dining facilities study at The University of Chicago. He is
currently Associate-in-Charge of the new Suzanne Roberts Theatre for the Philadelphia
Theatre Company, the new downtown Center City Building for the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte, and the Make It Right project in New Orleans.
