From the Pennsylvania Turnpike Westbound
Take Exit #28, Roosevelt Blvd (US-1 S), o I-76 E towards Central Philadelphia. Approaching the downtown area, take the I-676 E/US-30 E exit on the left towards Central Philadelphia.
If traffic allows, exit immediately on the right at 23rd Street (first exit) towards Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto N 22nd St. Cross the Parkway and turn right at the first block, which is Hamilton St. Turn right onto N 21st St. and then left onto Pennsylvania Ave. Turn left onto N 20th St. 420 N 20th Street is on the left after the Whole Foods Market.
